I know TWO OLD GOATS that can make you feel better!

Donald and I were at ACE HARDWARE STORE buying mulch last Summer when Donald picked a blue bottle that read, "TWO OLD GOATS - Arthritis & Fibromyalgia Essential Oil". As we read the ingredients:

GOAT'S MILK plus a natural blend of 6 Essential Oils: German Chamomile, Lavender, Rosemary, Peppermint, Eucalyptus and Birch Bark

we found that they were all herbs I was familiar with from my studies, and in fact I had just learned that German Chamomile and Birch Bark are amongst the strongest anti-inflammatory and analgesic available without drugs and chemicals.

Anyways, I decided I wanted to try this stuff, figuring, "HOW MUCH TROUBLE CAN TWO OLD CAUSE?" When I got out to the car I was anxious to try it out. I am not joking one bit when I tell you I felt almost immediate relief in my wrist and hand which had been rendered, "OUT OF COMMISSION!" due to the pain and burning I was experiencing. It didn't take it all away. But, it took a bunch of it away.

Better yet, I learned that daily applications have a cumulative effect. I have to tell you though, be careful! You'll be tempted to overdue (guilty) and there is no reason to.

I have been out of my "creamy, milky, very lightly - non medicinal scented" relief for a couple of months and was reminded yesterday when someone asked about lotion or cream for achy hands that I know that TWO OLD GOATS can make a world of difference!
