I also found it quite therapeutic just to sit and reflect upon my day and my thoughts....and just to write the FIRST thing that came to mind in each category. Do hope you enjoy it as I have.

FOR TODAY.... Saturday 13th June 2009

Outside my window.....this sunny day has turned rainy - thunder and lightning too.
I am thinking... after so much dry weather the past couple of weeks, everything will be so much greener again.... just hope it doesn't rain ALL summer!
I am thankful for.... a husband who truly is all I ever hoped for.
I am wearing....blue jeans, black vest top and black and white cardigan, and the obligatory black and white necklace.
I am creating....just been to my first card-making class and have made my first 5 cards - truly inspired to make more.
I am going...to bed soon
I am reading.... 2 Chronicles as part of Living Whole reading plan and 'What's So Amazing About Grace' by Philip Yancey
I am hoping....that I will sleep restfully tonight. Amazed just how exhausted I am after today's class and do hope it won't be a case of 'too tired to sleep'.
I am hearing....the window is open and I hear the traffic outside, wet tyres on the road - I love the sound of traffic when I'm indoors.
Around the house... I want to get some 'corners' tidied and de-cluttered. Estate agent comes on Tuesday for valuation and I want everything ship-shape and impressive...even though I know it won't affect the price!
One of my favourite things....hot, smooth, creamy Cappuccino-hope to have one soon!
A few plans for the week....preparations for Alpha in the Workplace follow-up, some overdue notes to write and post, haircut Wednesday, finish sisters wedding placecards, Keith and Kristyn Getty concert in Belfast on Saturday

My darling 'girls' looked like this until Thursday. I took them to a new 'hairdresser' for clipping and bathing - she SHAVED them! O the indignity of it... Jojo has fared better - she is resilient but poor Jessie has been left traumatised. I am so horrified I will not do the 'after' pictures....maybe in 6 months time!

FOR TODAY.... Saturday 13th June 2009
Outside my window.....I see darkness and the lights across the street.
I am thinking... thats the kids are making a mess baking cookies.
I am thankful for.... my husband who is NOT deploying next month & my children.
I am wearing....I am wearing my shorts and turquoise Aero Shirt. I have on my Heart Brighton necklace.
I am creating.... a tolerance for kids fighting :(
I am going...to put th ekids to bed VERY Soon.
I am reading.... Remember by Karen Kingsberry & Gary Smalley, Starting Phillipians tomorrow, 9 keys to a Succesful Small Group, Ester think I am on 6 or 7 now.
I am hoping....that I am not gtting sick, sore throat, stiff neck, headach, really sore today. URGH
I am hearing.... hte kids fight, the water flow from the fish tank and think the TV is a little deafining.,
Around the house... I want to get all of it de-cluttered. Starting with my room!

A few plans for the week.... I am teaching Sunday School tomorrow for 1st grade, taking kids to Swim and BBQ, hope to get clothes ready for work

For Today...
Outside my window I see thru the greyish colour of morning my neighbors yard and their lovely puple clemitis.
I am thinking of all the things I need to accomplish
I am thankful my Mother is still with me here and I can call her when I feel bad :(
I am wearing my PJ's and a gold silk robe
I am creating more of a mess around my desk
I am going to have to run to the bank today, bummer
I am reading about 4 different books. I finally finished one this weekend!!
I am hopeing Tim does'nt push himself too hard at work and have a relapse
I am hearing the steady fall of water, and pumps from the aquariums
Around the house my fur babies have left evidence that they are indeed fur babies!!
One of my favorite things is the sound of my granchidren's voices!! and the hugs and kisses they so freely bestow on me!!
Few plans for the week are to TRY to catch up on some housework, go to Doc Thurs, and hopefully fisha few days
A picture thought I am sharing: Well, none of my pics would download, but I wanted to share an evening picture of one of the places we fish. The sky is painted in reds and oranges and you can see a mirror image reflecting off the water. I always wonder when looking at God's magnificant artwork, He so graciously renews everyday, how ANYONE could NOT believe in Him?

Outside my window.....many birds of many colors are happy for the seed I have left for them in the feeder
I am thinking... that I have lots to do and don't feel like doing it so I am doing this instead :)
I am thankful for.... my husband and his commitment to the Lord.
I am wearing....my jammies - the grey t-shirt cotton bottoms and pink tank top.
I am creating.... a website where a loving and blessed community is being built
I am going...to make Tilapia Fish Tacos for dinner.
I am reading.... Esther 7&8, ESTHER chapter 2 by Chuck Swindoll.
I am hoping....that we can move closer to Donald's work and school.
I am hearing.... the birds singing outside.
Around the house...I want hang the bamboo mats in the windows of my bedroom because the sun streaming in is making it intensely HOT in here.
One of my favourite things....the journey I am currently on.
A few plans for the week.... Oh gosh...soooo much. I can't even gather my thoughts around a WHOLE week right now.
