Awesome Kimberly!!! You are forever creative! I am Praising God today for my family. I had a surprise at 2:30 this morning. My beautiful daughter and gtandchildren decided to spend the 3 day weekend with us!! They are all doing so good! I just am so thankful God spared their lives!! Have a super weekend!

My praise report is in regards to the gift the Lord has given me in a wonderful counselor through a local church. I have seen him twice now and he seems to have a great understanding of things that I struggle with, for the most part, and an incredible sense of compassion. His approach is unique and I believe just what God wants for me. And even more perfect for me, do to our current financial situation, the cost to see him is FREE! Thank you, Jesus, for leading me to this gift of help.

Dearest praying friends! I am so blessed to have an appt. next Tues. with a naturopath to discuss possible treatments for my anxiety, fear, obsessing; compulsive stuff, and other issues that have been interfering in my daily life for awhile now. I dont think I have ever enjoyed true peace and rest, so I am so looking forward to whatever helps come to me! I may see a Christian counselor as well; but I still have not made the appt. But I am so grateful to at least be going to the naturopath for some help. Please could you pray for God to very clearly lead and guide this Dr.? I need to trust that God will speak to him and let him know what course to follow. No doubt the naturopath will want to prescribe supplements; so please pray for God to give him wisdom in those. And what type of tests to take and what method of testing to use. Thank You so much to all who have prayed for me and for all continuing prayer at this deep time of need in my life. I hope to have many reasons to Praise God very soon in answer to my need .Praise God for all of the mercy and kindness He has shown to each of us along the way ,and no matter what ,He is always worthy of our devotion and adoration; even when we seem to wait and wait and wait. God says " I will make all my mountains a way" Whatever your mountain may be; remember this: Do not try to tunnel under it, nor to squeeze through it, nor to run away from it; but rather view it as a steppingstone. Walk on it, therefore with joy! This present darkness is not the end! It is just an interlude; a tunnel that must be travelled to get SOMEWHERE ELSE! Therefore be patient; dear soul; the darkness is not our home, and the tunnel is not where we will long abide!

God is sooo good to lead you to someone who knows Whole Health and can lead you down a path that is holistic and good for you! I am praying for you every step of the way my friend! YOU GO GIRL!!! I am praising God for Donald's willingness to take a part time job at Wallmart while he continues to look for a full time job. I am grateful for the humility he teaches me when he bows doen to be my servant-leader. It is a powerful witness and not only blesses me but convictis me. Thank You Lord!

I'm praising GOd for a sweet little gift of mercy He gave me this past weekend. After a terrible fight with Jason that lead to me saying something I never imagined I would say to my child, I was beaten down and struggling with finding forgiveness for myself. Then my oldest son, Mark, called on Saturday Morning and said "Whatcha' doing today?" and when I let him know Donald and I weren't "doin' much"- his reply was "GOOD! Me and Mandy (lady-friend) are comin' up to take you and Daddy out for lunch!" Woohoo!! How very sweet that was of m our son! And how very sweet of the Father to show me His mercies in this manner.

Then the second PRAISE in this is that Donald and I got to talk with Mandy and Mark some about the Lord. Mark has been sooo angry with God for not stopping his divorce from happening. He had prayed in faith and begged God to interfere and (as Mark understood God's word (??) and wanted to operate in faith) asked God to to honor His own word that says "God hates divorce" and then it still fell apart. Mark was devastated. (Learning God's ways are better than ours is a process...and can be so devastatingly difficult. I have full faith the Lord will teach him.) But was a wonderful blessing to be able to just offer GRACE to his new girlfriend circumstances. We had just finished praying the "prayer scripture" from the 40 Day Prayer Vigil:

Give ____________ wisdom in dealing with people around him/her that, “he/she make the most of every opportunity, Let his/her conversation be always full of grace, seasoned with salt, so that he/she may know how to answer everyone.” (Col 4:5,6)

Thank You, JESUS! YOU ROCK!!!!

And, thank all of YOU for praying for my children! I get all misty eyed when I think about how blessed I am with being in community with you! THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart!!

I remember something we were taught in Divorce Recovery that might help your son.

In a marriage, there are two people with wills of their own. Even though one doesn't want the divorce, the other still has the free will to do what they want and God doesn't step in and make that person do what the other partner wants or doesn't want. Even though God hates divorce, He has given each of us our own free will. Mark prayed that God would save his marriage, and God did everything He could, except step in and make Mark's wife - or ex-wife now - change her "free will".

I hope that makes sense. When this was explains to us, it was an AHA moment for many.

You are a treasure and I thank you for thinking about Mark. We have talked with him and so have so many others spoke to him with similar words that you offer here. Marks "free will" right now chooses to be angry at God for allowing Jennifer to "win" as he puts it. That is not the truth, and my prayer is that Mark will choose to walk in the truth and allow God's perfect will to be done in his new life now. The story is not finished in Marks life. He is still alive and God is relentless in his pursuit of those of us who stray.
Thank you again for so sweetly offering the TRUTH to Mark. Pray that he will receive it and walk on!
