It's called Easy Goulash...
1# Ground Beef (or Gr. Turkey)
1 can vegetable soup
1 can kidney beans
Just brown the meat and drain, then add soup and beans. Simmer for 15-20 minutes and serve...

Barb I am so sorry I didn't get to stay and visit with you all today. I just got logged on and said 'Hi' to you all when my computer went into update configuration and shutdown on me! I had just come in from work and would usually have a nap most days - when I got bombed out I snuggled on the settee with one of my dogs, Jessie... we had a real cosy time and just tucked up there for a while until it was time to get dinner on. I'm sorry I missed you all but heyyyyy....Jessie was happy!
Hope things are good with you and that we get a chance to catch up again soon.

Sorry you had troubles yesterday. The new chat forum requires NO signing in...you are automatically signed in when you come on to LW. Simply type in the small box below chat. If someone is not signed in to chat they will not show up on the screen NOR can they see chat!!!! (So no one can 'lurk' anymore! LOL) The only problem we encountered yesterday was when several of us send at the same time..some of the messages get lost...annoying but easily fixable, lol, just retype and resend!!

Soooooo very good to see you back with us Barb - and YES....you have been missed!
I am sorry to hear things haven't been so good but you know, what you say is true of all of us - we DO need to be around people - so I'm glad you found your way back here.
Look forward to hearing how things are going in the new 'place' - change always takes a time of adjustment so I'm sure that has played a big part in your 'down time'.

Awwww Barb, I have MISSED YOU, too!! For sure!! My heart is sad that you have been in the "dark" for a while. That is sooo tough, especially when it drags us off into isolation. I am glad you have come back here to visit! I know I am not the only one who has missed you!
Hmmmm....what "IP" do you use? Marla has had difficulty at times with chat as well - we figured out that it was because she uses FOXFIRE. When she came in using Internet EXPLORER she has no problems. I have gotten that BLANK CHAT WINDOW on occasion and and just had to "RENEW" my screen a few times and wait for it to come up. Maybe that will help....otherwise I am sooooo NOT a computer geek, so I can't help you much.
Hope we get to visit soon!!
